Who we are
These terms apply to all sales by Genezis LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 (“Genezis”, “we”). Contact: Genezisllc@proton.me.
Quotes and orders
Every sale starts with a written quote. A quote states the engine, its condition (new, remanufactured or used), the price, the lead time and the warranty. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing and we receive payment or agreed payment terms. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
Identifying the right engine
We identify engines from the machine details and photos you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information. Please check the reference on your quote against your engine plate before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping, taxes and any applicable duties are listed on the quote unless stated otherwise. Payment methods and timing are stated on the quote.
Shipping and delivery
Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, unless the quote says otherwise. Please inspect the shipment on arrival and report any visible damage to us and the carrier within 48 hours.
Condition of engines
- New engines are unused.
- Remanufactured engines are disassembled, inspected, rebuilt with new wear parts to specification and tested.
- Used engines are sold as described on the quote, with the warranty it states.
Warranty
Each engine is sold with the warranty stated on its quote. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, wrong fluids or modifications. To make a claim, write to us with your order details, the engine serial number and a description of the issue.
Returns
Returns require our prior written approval. An engine must be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition. Engines that have been installed or run are not returnable except under warranty.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the engine. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as downtime or lost revenue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes are handled in the courts of Wyoming, unless the law requires otherwise.

What we collect
When you request a quote, you give us your name, email address, machine make, model and year, your engine preference and any notes you write. This information reaches us by email, sent from your own email app.
How we use it
We use it to identify the right engine, send you a quote, process your order and handle warranty claims. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your request.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the carriers, payment providers and suppliers needed to fill your order, and when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and operations.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and order records for as long as needed for the business and to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to Genezisllc@proton.me. We reply within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is for business customers and is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
